<description>Thank you for your blog post, we appreciate your review and feedback.
With 3.6 billion resumes clogging the system for 57 million jobs the problem is that job seekers lack a effective marketing tool to communicate their expertise and abilities. We go into detail here: http://blog.1-page.com/why-the-resume-is-dead/
We do agree with you that a resume is still someones past, and it is going to be looked at (whether online or offline) once the company is interested. The 1-Page Job Proposal is the key engagement tool because it visually paints a picture of the job seeker in the role they desire. It is a very good replacement to the cover letter (for job seekers who are applying through conventional means or Applicant Tracking Systems).
The author of &quot; The One-Page Proposal&quot; and &quot; The One-Page Job Proposal&quot; is international best selling business author Mr. Patrick Riley. The One-Page Proposal has been a proven method for some of the largest companies in the world, and has been a effective communication tool for executives and managers for years, we are happy to be able to provide this same successful format available to all job seekers.
Thank you again for your review.
